Guiding you through the home financing process

You hopefully heard about me through a satisfied friend. Because really, nothing feels better than knowing I helped someone.

This may be your first home. This may be your fifth home. Either way, you’re bound to have questions along the way. It’s all good though. I’m always a phone call away to guide you through every step of the process.

Helping you understand how much home you can afford.

Outlining the special programs for which you may be eligible.

Explaining anything and everything you want to know.

Making the whole darn process easy as possible.

Let’s take a look at some of the major steps you should be ready for:

Pre-Approval
In today’s market, it’s important to make sure that you are pre-qualified before touring homes and talking to sellers. I can help calculate how much you can expect to finance by asking just a few simple questions and get your pre-approved in the very same day.

Offer
After you find the right real estate agent, you’ve got to find the right home. When terms of the deal are approved by both parties, a sales contract will be executed by both the buyer and seller. (Loan Application begins now.)

Processing
Your interest rate is locked in and the process is now in full swing with a number of steps already completed to move forward. Things like ordering your credit report, verifying employment and having your home appraised and estimated.

Underwriting
This is decision-making time when all eligibility requirements are calculated and verified before loan approval. Closing documents will then be drawn and it’s a done deal. Yep, you’re on your way home.

Closing
The loan docs have been sent to the title company. All that’s left to do is stop by for your final walkthrough before signing the paperwork at your closing appointment.

I know there’s a lot more to it than that. But, at the end of the day (and the beginning of the day), that’s what I’m here for to help you with. Give me a call, send me an email or shoot me a text just about anytime with questions.
